Synopsis
In 2006, the International Astronomical Union demoted the status of Pluto, when it officially became a Dwarf Planet. For years after, their were 8 planets. In 2014 news broke of a possible Ninth Planet, yet by late 2017, this planet proved non-existent. All hope in another planet was lost. November of 2021 showed the possible existence of a planet in the Kuiper Belt. Months passed, and then, the silence broke... It was confirmed that a Planet indeed exists in the Kuiper Belt! However, as Scientists studied the planet, they realised something... Not only was it a Rogue Planet, but there was not just one planet... They seemingly entered the Solar System more than 14.5 million years ago...
Timeline
- August 2006: Pluto is demoted to a Dwarf Planet.
- 2014: Planet 9 is proposed.
- Late 2017: Planet 9 is dismissed.
- November 9th, 2027: Evidence shows a planet may exist in the Kuiper Belt.
- April 26, 2028: A Planet is confirmed to exist in the Kuiper Belt.
- May 5, 2028: A Second Planet is confirmed to exist in the Kuiper Belt.
- June 11, 2028: Further Studies show the two rogue planets may in fact be heading for Earth.
- July 8, 2028: Although originally thought to be frozen worlds, as they approached our Sun, they seemingly heated up, revealing two long-lost habitable planets.
- July 17, 2028: Rogue B, as it is nicknamed, is revealed to be inhabited by "advanced" life. Close up Surveillance reveals Large Floral Life, yet, as of this time, no Faunal life has been discovered.
- July 21, 2028: Much of the information is leaked to the public, causing mass panic while many believe the planets related to the supposed "Niburu Cataclysm".
- August 6, 2028: The two Rogue Planets have reached a location just past Neptune. A space probe reaches Rogue B, and discovers the planet is almost entirely a grassland, with scattered rainforests and a fairly large ocean, with life all over. In other news, numerous asteroids collide with Ceres, forming part of the Dwarf Planet's New Surface.
